Attorney Ayers focuses her practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Estate Planning, and Criminal Law, as she understands that legal matters and courts can be intimidating, so she takes every opportunity to bring compassion and a personal approach to counseling clients
Ayers graduated Cum Laude in 2013 from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
She later earned her Juris Doctorate at the University University of Houston Law Center and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018. During law school, Tiecia was a member of the Moot Court Team and was named the 2016 Moot Court Intra-Team Champion. She received the CALI Excellence for Legal Research, Analysis, & Writing. Ayers had the opportunity to work in the Civil Practice Clinic as a Student Attorney as well as the Mediation Clinic as a Certified Mediator.
Before founding the best black owned law firm in Houston, Attorney Ayers gained valuable legal experience working at Houston based law firms focused on personal injury, medical malpractice, labor and employment, and commercial litigation. She also had the opportunity to intern for the Honorable Judge R.K. Sandill in the 127th District Court of Harris County.
Through experiences, Ayers was able to refine her knowledge of personal injury practice and gain the practical skills necessary to effectively represent her clients. Utilizing all of her prior and ever-growing experiences, She is now dedicated to the effective and zealous representation of plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
