Kevin Marshall is a published author and business attorney. He is the managing member of The Marshall Law Group, LLC, where he represents corporate clients in corporate governance, compliance, business formation, and litigation matters. In 2022, Kevin was unanimously appointed by the Atlanta City Council to serve on the City of Atlanta Human Relations Commission. He serves as a city commissioner.
Attorney Marshall has litigated in front of the Supreme Court of Georgia and was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as "Top 40 Under 40" in Georgia. In 2021 and 2022, Kevin was recognized by the National Black Lawyers as "Top 40 Under 40" in the State of Georgia. Additionally, he is ranked “Top 10 Under 40” by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Attorney Marshall is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, where he served as Student Body President. Kevin is a proud member of the Elizabeth City State University 40 Under 40 Society. After graduating from ECSU, he received his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
