Katesha Long

Katesha is appreciated for her strategy and long-term thinking. She focuses her practice in the real estate sector, helping developers, retailers and investors overcome obstacles and seize opportunities through the purchase, sale and leasing of property. She has also advised municipalities in all aspects of municipal law, including planning, zoning, financing and development incentives. In addition to her real estate work, Katesha provides legal services to museums, art collectors and not-for-profit organizations in all aspects of art law.
