Jeffrey Johnson

Jarel Johnson advises clients in a variety of engagements, including buy-side and sell-side acquisitions (asset and equity), public and private offerings, corporate structuring activities, and general corporate governance. His clients range from healthcare entities and emerging businesses, to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jarel was a corporate/healthcare associate in a suburban Philadelphia office of another 2021 AmLaw 100 law firm.
