A Howard University School of Law Alumnus (Class of 2019), Emerson K. Lovell’s practice focuses on real estate transactions including financing, acquisitions and sales, development and related matters. His financing practice has involved representation of borrowers and lenders in the origination, syndication, structuring, and securitization of mortgage and mezzanine loans, term loans, and subscription facilities.
