Christopher Bedell

Christopher Bedell is an associate in the Real Estate practice. Clients rely on him to provide practical solutions to transactional and development-related real estate matters. Working closely with Polsinelli attorneys, Christopher delivers a range of legal services during the life cycle of a real estate transaction, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and finance.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Christopher worked in real estate consulting as a Housing and Urban Development analyst. Christopher completed hundreds of assessments for a variety of affordable housing stakeholders across the United States, including developers, housing authorities, management companies and HUD in compliance with the Green Retrofit and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) programs.
