Cecilia works with clients of various backgrounds to develop unique strategies in realizing their personal and business planning objectives. She is the mastermind behind the strategies that have enabled her clients to smoothly prepare for major personal and business events, like selling family businesses, buying out a partner, or creating a trust for long-term family planning. A native of Oklahoma, Cecilia graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1987 and received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991.
Cecilia is licensed in Maryland, D.C. and Texas, and handles litigation and probate cases in both State and Federal courts throughout the D.C. metropolitan area. Cecilia is actively involved in nonprofit organizations such as Path to Greatness where she is currently serving as its Chairperson, and Women Business Owners of Prince George’s County (WBO-PGC) where she serves as Vice Chair of the Board and Finance Committee.
