Briana Falcon

Briana focuses her litigation practice on intellectual property, commercial disputes, cybersecurity and data privacy. She has been designated a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and counsels a variety of clients across industries on commercialization and data privacy issues surrounding emerging technologies. She prosecutes and maintains domestic and international trademark portfolios and handles all forms of trademark-related disputes before the USPTO, in court, and before arbitration panels.
