Allison Houston is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Global Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to joining Milbank, she was at Ropes & Gray where she practiced primarily in the private capital transactions group and represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a broad range of transactions.
During law school, Allison served as a Senate Judiciary Committee law clerk for then-Senator Kamala Harris, where she assisted with judicial nominations and hearing memos. As a 2L, in connection with her clinic work, Allison assisted a charter school with their corporate binder, bylaws, and the onboarding of trustees.
