Reginald (Reggie) Jenkins, Jr., a partner, concentrates his practice on all aspects of redevelopment, real estate, land use, and zoning for government, corporate and private clients. He represents commercial and residential developers, banking institutions, telecommunications companies, billboard companies, restaurants, and hotels.

Reggie handles applications and appearances before state, county and municipal land use boards and agencies on behalf of corporate clients. His work also involves site acquisition, leasing, contracts, zoning, permitting, post-approval compliance, and other matters. He handles all aspects of drafting and negotiation in a wide range of commercial contracts and related documents.

In addition, Reggie’s practice involves representing creditor’s rights matters including collections, foreclosures actions, and bankruptcy. Reggie also handles commercial litigation matters for clients in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. Also, Reggie represents employers and management in employment matters and handles telecommunications and intellectual property matters.

Reggie is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Garden State Bar Association. He serves as a trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Land Use Section and is a member of the boards of Community Options, Inc.; Urban League of Essex County; and Independence: A Family of Services, Inc.
