Stacy Young defends clients in automotive product liability as well as premises liability, complex tort, commercial litigation and construction law matters. She has over 15 years of civil litigation experience and a thorough understanding of California’s civil procedure.
Stacy’s work includes researching cases, discerning relevant facts, and developing case strategies in complex litigation. She is adept at case workup, including preparing all aspects of written discovery, discovery motions and dispositive motions. Stacy has also taken over 50 depositions since 2016. She is often looked to for her prowess in developing compelling defense arguments.
With a strong eye for detail, Stacy is depended upon to evaluate medical records and documentation for thoroughness, accuracy and assessment of damages. She also displays a strong writing background by drafting legal memorandum for clients and insurance carriers; including analysis of facts, research in novel areas of the law, impact on overall defense strategies and potential resolution of claims.
