Tyler Graham supports corporate clients through transactions in addition to advising private and public businesses on the latest state and federal regulations.
Prior Experience
Tyler served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker in 2019 and 2020 where she drafted memoranda on ethics rules pertaining to settlement negotiations and nonprofit bylaws and governance documents. She also researched relevant state corporate codes and created objection memorandum on land titles and surveys. In 2016, Tyler served in AmeriCorps before being a campaign assistant and staffer to former Lt. Governor Donna Lynne for Colorado in 2017.
Personal Interests
Tyler played volleyball at DePaul University for its NCAA Division 1 volleyball team and was co-captain for three of those years. She enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants in her free time. She also attends yoga classes on a regular basis.
