Trenton Patterson practices complex commercial litigation across various industries including oil & gas, construction, healthcare, and real estate. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in several matters involving contract disputes, mineral rights, data breaches, fraud and construction defects. Trenton partners with clients to identify all risks and chart a path towards reaching the best possible outcomes.
As a litigator with a distinguished motion practice and trial experience, Trenton has a strong record of securing favorable rulings and judgments in both state and federal courts. He also has a notable record of negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of clients across Texas and the U.S. Trenton’s goal is to always give clients peace of mind so that their personal lives and business operations can proceed without fear of the future.
Prior to joining Bradley as an associate, he attended SMU Dedman School of Law where he had the privilege of serving as Chief Counsel of the VanSickle Family Law Clinic. As Chief Counsel, he represented indigent clients in divorce proceedings and advocated for children in tumultuous living situations. Trenton also participated in Gray Reed's Summer Associate Program in 2018, and gained valuable in-house experience as a summer law clerk for CenterPoint Energy and trial experience at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. Trenton is a proud native of South Dallas, Texas, and is deeply connected to the people and communities that make Dallas such a great place for families and businesses.
